Service Process
initial consultation
During this call, clients can explain their problem and our founder will given an assessment on which service best fits the clients needs. Clients will be asked about the timeline of the proposed project. (If the timeline is not finalized just yet, we understand! An estimated timeline can be given instead. )
Review Service Agreement
After the initial consultation, the client will be sent a copy of our service agreement and statement of work to review and to access with their organization.
accept service agreement
Upon client review and acceptance of the service agreement and statement of work, clients and Bright Vision Path representatives will sign the agreement. Payment terms will be included in the agreement.
Service(s) starts
Services commence on the agreed upon date in the service agreement and statement of work. Our clients can look forward to having weekly check-ins and updates throughout the project!
Service (s) completed
Prior to deliverables released , final payment will be due for services . Hand off next steps will be given to our clients. We want who ever will handle the project after us to be well prepared to jump right in! We would love if you continue to choose us though! :)
Client Retrospective
We will schedule a 'retrospective' to review how everything went and collect client feedback. Feedback helps us grow! We will also ask for a review or testimonial. This is optional! We respect our clients' privacy and appreciate your business!
Client Check ins
We like to check in and see how everything is going ( i.e 30,60, 90 days , etc) after our service ends. We will offer support services for our clients on a hourly basis if needed.
